Updates for the second quarter of 2025

Eagle Concrete would like to welcome a new member of the team:

Dustin Sholty has been brought aboard as the Division Manager of the Nashville Region. Dustin Sholty (Division Manager) possesses over 20 years of proven leadership in concrete construction. He has successfully managed high-profile projects across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and federal sectors – driving performance, quality, and safety from preconstruction through completion.

A results-driven leader, Dustin has built a reputation for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. His expertise lies in team building, strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution—ensuring each project meets performance goals while upholding the highest standards of
quality and safety.

With a keen focus on operational efficiency, Dustin excels at developing and executing project plans, managing risk, and fostering strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. He leverages tools like Primavera P6, Procore, BIM 360, and MS Project to streamline workflows and drive accountability across teams.

Dustin’s experience with a nationally ranked concrete construction contractor enabled him to quickly progress into senior leadership roles thanks to his strategic mindset, hands-on experience, and commitment to excellence.

He earned his B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and remains passionate about mentoring the next generation of project leaders.

Market Segments – Update:

While Dustin Sholty transitions into the Nashville market, our National Projects group will fall under the leadership of Leonardo Pacheco as its Division Manager, with direct support from Patrick MT Short.
