Eagle Company Updates – Q1 2024

Eagle is pleased to welcome new team members:

Adrian Rozwadowski (Senior Estimator), a seasoned professional with nearly a decade at Honda Motor Company, most recently an Estimator for one of the top general contractors in the Dayton area. Currently a Senior Estimator at Eagle Concrete, Adrian brings operational, procurement, and estimating expertise along with a passion for continuous improvement. With three years of experience in the construction industry and a background influenced by lifelong exposure through his father, Adrian is dedicated to optimizing processes and delivering top-quality work. Beyond his professional commitments, he values spending quality time with his wife and two children. Adrian is excited to contribute his skills to Eagle Concrete’s success and growth.

Glen Woods (Preconstruction Manager) began developing his skills in construction at a young age while working with his father. After deciding to pursue a different career path, he spent 18 years in the printing industry. He decided to go back to his roots and since then has spent the last decade within the field of construction. After a year working in the field, Glen was promoted to Site Superintendent. He quickly moved into Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles. Glen also has vast experience in residential and commercial sales. Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Glen currently resides in Lebanon, TN with his wife Christina to whom he has been married for 17 years. Glen is excited about joining the Eagle team and contributing his sales and leadership experience toward the continued growth and success of Eagle Concrete.
