About Eagle

Dennis brings 50+ years of expertise to Eagle Concrete. He has worked in a hands-on capacity in every aspect of concrete construction. His leadership abilities and management know-how afforded him the opportunity to help build one of the largest and well-respected concrete construction companies within the United States. Dennis is a member of the American Concrete Institute, Strategic Development Council, Wheels of Learning, ABC, past president of the AGC, and is associated with many other construction associations. His knowledge, experience, and affiliations in the concrete industry will most definitely ensure that your project needs and expectations will be exceeded. Dennis resides in Centerville, OH. He and his wife Claudia have three adult children and seven grandchildren.

Patrick brings 25+ years of concrete construction knowledge and expertise to Eagle. He developed his skills from a young age, growing up in a family-owned concrete construction company that operated nationwide. As the eldest of three sons, Pat’s father instilled in him a strong work ethic, principles, and values that have shaped him into a respected leader in the industry. While working for his family’s business, Pat pursued his education by attending night school to obtain a college degree. This allowed him to acquire the necessary hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the industry. After, Pat joined a top-ranked concrete construction contractor as an Operations Manager. In his current role, Pat oversees field activities on all our construction projects. His responsibilities encompass all stages of the construction process. Outside of work, Pat resides in Fairfield, Ohio, alongside his wife Kim, He has a daughter named Sydney and a son named Patrick.

Paula brings 33+ years of accounting experience to the company. With a degree in accounting from Marshall University, Paula began her career in the industry with a major general contractor in Cincinnati. She later served as the CFO of a general contracting company she co-owned with her husband. After a hiatus to prioritize family, Paula joined Eagle Concrete in 2016, bringing her extensive knowledge and expertise to guide the company’s financial management for present and future success.

Justin brings 20+ years of concrete expertise to the table. Starting in his family’s concrete construction company, he gained experience across all aspects of the business. Justin’s passion for staying at the forefront of the industry led him to join a leading national concrete contractor. As a process-driven controls manager, he continuously improves and stays up to date with the latest technology. Justin’s innovative technical knowledge ensures that Eagle’s project teams consistently exceed expectations, delivering exceptional results.

Christopher brings 30+ years of construction experience to Eagle Concrete. While serving in the United States Army, Chris was stationed with a heavy-civil company. Upon Honorable Discharge, Chris enrolled and graduated from both Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Sciences, receiving degrees in Construction Management. Through cooperative education and time-in-service, Chris was afforded the opportunity to experience responsibility in multiple roles and on multiple project types, from preconstruction to operations, with a nationally ranked concrete construction contractor. Possessing leadership, knowledge, and experience, Chris will help ensure successful project delivery. Chris and his partner Jennifer reside outside of Hamilton, Ohio and have three adult children and one child finishing high school.
